Pune-first civic map
Photograph a hazard, pin it on the live map, and follow the repair. Guests can look. Sign-in is only required to report. Independent civic map — not a PMC or government app.
Potholes.app is a Pune-first reporting tool for potholes and other road hazards. Citizens add a photo and a pin. The map stays public so neighbours can confirm what is still there and what has been repaired.

Potholes.app is a private civic product. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or a substitute for the Pune Municipal Corporation, Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, PMRDA, the Government of Maharashtra, or PMC’s Road Mitra / PMC CARE portals. Official complaints and 72-hour repair SLAs belong on those government channels. We show sitting office-holders from published rolls so you can see who represents a pin; that is public information, not a government service.
Report potholes, broken patches, open manholes, and similar road hazards with a photo and GPS pin. Follow status on the map. Confirm whether a hazard is still there. Browse by neighbourhood. This is a civic reporting tool, not emergency dispatch. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services.
Continue with Google uses only the basic sign-in scopes: openid, email, and profile. Google sends us your account id, email address, name, and profile photo so we can create or resume a Potholes.app session through Supabase Auth. We do not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Your live location is read on this device to centre the map and help you drop a pin. We keep the last pin locally so the map can reopen on you instead of jumping to Pune city centre. We do not use location for advertising, resale, or a movement history. Coordinates reach our servers only as the pin on a report you submit, where they describe the hazard, not you, and, if you turn on nearby alerts, as an area rounded to about 1 km so we can warn you about hazards near you.
Sitting MLAs shown in the app are taken from the Maharashtra Legislature Assembly roll (notified November 2024). PMC and PCMC mayors, deputy mayors, and ward corporators follow the January 2026 civic elections (poll 15 January, count 16 January). Constituency matching uses the official polygon for the pin where we have one. WhatsApp opens a chat to a public office number when that number was published by the representative’s office or a news report of an official helpline; otherwise it opens a draft you send yourself. We do not scrape private phone books. Names and offices of elected representatives are already public. Use the official grievance portal for a government filing.
Practical write-ups for people who report road hazards in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, such as running a neighbourhood road walk or removing location from photos before you post, live in Guides. They are written by Potholes.app and always name the official channel as well.
