Delete this account
Sign in with the Google account you use on Potholes.app to delete it from this page.
Deleting always removes your profile, sign-in, and everything private to your account. Without this box, the reports you filed stay on the public map as anonymous civic records with no name or account identifier.
Confirm deletion
Type DELETE to continue.
Other ways to request deletion
From Android: Settings → Privacy & Safety → Delete account and data. From the web app: Settings → About → Delete data. Or email [email protected] from the same Google or magic-link address you use on Potholes.app. Subject line: Delete my Potholes.app account.
What we delete
- Your account, Google identity link, sessions, and profile (name, email, user ID, avatar, preferences).
- Push notification tokens and any approximate location stored for nearby alerts.
- Your votes, confirmations, likes, and community memberships.
- Waitlist and feedback entries sent with your account or email address.
- Avatar images and any uploads that are not part of a remaining public record.
- If you tick Also remove my reports, every report you filed and its photos and videos.
What may remain
If you do not tick that box, the reports you filed, with their photos and pins, stay on the public map as anonymous civic records because they document a street. Your comments and community posts also stay, anonymised. None of them keeps your name, avatar, or account identifier.
Timing
Deletion from this page is immediate after you type DELETE. Photo and video files are removed from storage within a day. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
