Potholes.app is independent. A pin on this map is not a PMC, PCMC, or PMRDA filing. Use PMC CARE or the civic body’s own channel when you need an official ticket.
Report the road
Photograph the hazard, not bystanders. Crop faces and number plates when you can. Pin the actual location. Write what a neighbour would need to find it.
Do not
- Invent hazards, duplicate pins, or file political attacks dressed up as reports.
- Name private people, share phone numbers that are not official civic contacts, or upload documents that are not yours.
- Use the comments or communities to harass anyone.
- Flood the map. We rate-limit reports, comments, votes and posts. Repeat spam can close an account.
Anonymous reports
Anonymous means the public map hides your identity. The server still ties the report to your signed-in account so abuse can be handled. See the Privacy Policy.
We may remove
Spam, off-topic media, illegal content, and reports that target people instead of infrastructure. Repeat abuse can close an account under the Terms.
