User support contact for Google Auth and the apps
Write to [email protected] from the address on your account. Include the device (web, or the Android closed-testing app; the iOS app is still in development) and whether Google sign-in, magic link, or the map itself failed.
Google sign-in
Web uses Google through Supabase. Android uses the in-app Google account picker, not Chrome. If the app is still in testing on Google Cloud, only listed test users can complete consent. Ask us to add your Google account if you were invited to test.
Emergencies and civic filing
Potholes.app does not replace 112 or local emergency services. It is not PMC Road Mitra or PMC CARE. For an official Pune Municipal Corporation complaint use PMC CARE.

Delete an account
In the app: Settings → Privacy & Safety → Delete account and data. On the web: Settings → About → Delete data, or use Delete your account.
